The PRODUCTS will be sent to the delivery addresses specified by the CUSTOMER during the ordering process from our Asian Factories and Depots.
Shipping Origin: All our products are shipped directly from our ASIA Partner warehouses, ensuring you receive original and high-quality products.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed after placing it. During this time, our special team will carefully pack your items and prepare them for shipping, ensuring they reach you in perfect condition.

The preparation of the order, invoicing thereafter, and the availability of products in stock are indicated on our WEBSITE. It is understood that these times exclude weekends or public holidays. Provided that the email address listed in the registration form is correct, the CUSTOMER will automatically receive an electronic message when the PRODUCTS are shipped.
Delivery Terms
The package will be delivered to the CUSTOMER against a signature and upon presentation of identification. In the event of absence, a delivery notice will be left for the CUSTOMER to collect their package from the post office.
Delivery Issues
At the end of the online ordering procedure, when the CUSTOMER selects the carrier, they will be informed of the estimated delivery date. It is stated that deliveries will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days. If this fails, the CUSTOMER should give the SELLER formal notice to deliver within a reasonable period, and if the delivery is not made within this period, they may terminate the contract. Upon receiving the termination letter, the SELLER will refund the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS, including taxes and delivery costs, using the same payment method used by the CUSTOMER without undue delay. The SELLER is responsible until the PRODUCT is delivered to the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER is reminded that they have three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss noted during delivery.
